Stuck - Need Help (Access 2002)

I am a State employee, but work with data we download from a federal database. The federal database has been upgraded and has changed a bunch.

A record in the old system used to be like this:
    Field1, Field2, Field3, Field4, Field5, Field6

The new system has split out Fields4-6 and created 3 records where there was one, like this:
    Field1, Field2, Field3, Field4
    Field1, Field2, Field3, Field5
    Field1, Field2, Field3, Field6

What I need to do, believe it or not, is convert the three records back to one record so that we can work with the data. (Please don't laugh too much) <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

There's a free demo Normalize/Denormalize on Roger's Access Library. It demonstrates how to 'denormalize' a table.
