    Change Case (Word 2K)

Our investigators type their statements in "UPPERCASE". However, their reports have excerpts of the statement that have to be changed to "Sentence case". Doing "Shift-F3" doesn't solve the problem because words like "NOVEMBER" or "I" get changed to "small caps". Is there a macro out there that could handle this? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Let them type their statements normally. It's much easier to convert that to upper case or whatever is necessary. We're not living in the 1950's any more.

Shift-F3 should not apply Small Caps to anything (the kind that are applied with Ctrl+k). Is it possible that the keyboard shortcut has been customized?

To HansV, guess nothing beats logic! To jscher2000 , I really don't know. Think is time to leave "UPPERCASE" behind. Thanks for your thoughts!
