    You have set <big>every</big> row in your table to be a heading row. If you clear "Heading Rows Repeat" for all the rows except the first one then it works properly.

    Table header row won't repeat (Word 2003)

    To add to my problem in my previous post of rows not breaking across pages, I've added a header to that document (attached) and it won't repeat on other pages. Any thoughts?

    Forgive the late reply. I've been away from the office since Thursday night.

    Thanks, Stuart, you're absolutely right. I could have sworn I checked that (several times), but I didn't go about it right and got a false reading. I kept thinking that was the most likely reason but was in a hurry to get out the door that night and so I wasn't thinking clearly. Someone else had created the document and asked me why the rows wouldn't break and header wouldn't display.

    And thanks for putting the cross-reference to the other post.
