    Attachment placement in the message

My wife and I use Outlook 2002 as our e-mail client under our respective Windows 98 SE profiles. When I send an attachment with a message, Outlook places the attachment file icon into a separate field in the message form labeled "Attachment". However, when my wife sends an attachment the file icon is merely placed in the message body amid the message text. How do I change her set-up to place the attachment into it's own form field?

Thank you Hans. I had a feeling it was going to be something as simple as that.
