Suggest names option does not stay selected (Outlook 2003)

On the Tools menu, click Options. Click E-mail Options.Click Advanced E-mail Options. There is a check box near the bottom with the label "Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields".

Every time I close Outlook and reopen, this check box is cleared.

Is there any way to select this option and make Outlook keep this selection for the next time I open Outlook?

    Thanks!!

I can't think of any reason that the customization would not be saved, unless (i) Outlook is not really closing properly (i.e., another application is keeping Outlook open, and then closing improperly), or (ii) you have a Policy in the Registry that is overriding the change.

I'll double-check the "not closing properly" theory, but I am pretty sure I ruled that out in the past.

Where it the registry would I find a policy that would override this?

    Thanks for the help!!

Policies are under a registry key with a name similar to Software/Policy or Software/Policies. Sorry I can't look it up at the moment.
