    Programme files

In my programme files under the Hewlet packard files i have a file called i18n.jar which cannot be deleted or renamed. I do not know how it appeared.I have also other such files which cannot be deleted and they are trycing to act as a surver.I have an AdWAtch professional, and Zone alram security suite but they cannot pin point the problem. They only warn of the problem and when i press the deny button the computer opens without a problem, but these files cannot be deleted.Hw could i delete them ?

The i18n.jar file appears to be a Java Run-Time file and as such should be safe. I don't know why it would be trying to act as a server.

i18n is a common abbreviation for internationalisation, and this file is part of the international Java run time kit. Here is a FAQ for it.

I would guess that the reason you can't delete it is because you have a java application running somewhere, maybe in the background or started as part of system startup.
