OL2K3 message that reminds receiver... (Outlook 2003/latest service pack)

I have a user that wants to know if there was a way to send an email to someone with a reminder for them to respond by a certain time. Anyone know about this? I don't think this is possible, but let me know if I'm wrong.

Sort of. The recipient doesn't get a pop-up reminder as with a meeting reminder, but in the Explorer window the message will change color to red. From the message compose window, the message sender can click the Flag icon and select the message (or compose your own), and set time and date - see the graphic.

John, your answer is what they decided to go with. Thanks for your help.
