    Elderflower Cordial

I've bought a bottle of Elderflower Cordial and now I'm wondering what to do with it. Any suggestions?

    Drink it ???

Seriously.... take a look here for some recipes. Or "Dilute with still or sparkling water and serve with lots of ice as a refreshing summer drink. Add a little elderflower cordial to fruit salads or non-alcoholic fruit punch for a subtle floral flavour." as suggested here.

Drinking is planned - I just don't know if I can drink it fast enough. It apparently is only good for a month after opening. So I was wondering about other ways to use it up.

anything + sugar + unflavored gelatin = dessert (or, in some parts of the country, a salad)
