carriage return in an excel concatenation formula (excel 2003)

Is there any way to add a carriage return within a concatenation formular to combine multiple cells but have them not appear within just one long line of text?

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

You can concatenate with CHAR(10), for example: ="This"&CHAR(10)&"That"
It'll only work if you set the cell with the formula to wrap text in the Alignment tab of Format | Cells...
