Reply to behavior (9 and 11)
Is there a setting somewhere that controls the REPLY button behavior?
Background. I am a volunteer list administrator/moderator for some mailing lists managed with mailman (newly migrated from SMARTLIST).
SOME users are reporting that when they click the reply button, Outlook generates an email addressed to LISTNAMEfirstname.lastname@example.org
the correct address should be LISTNAME@domain.org Examining the headers of the incoming messages I find that address in the following places--
Received: (here it is parenthetically as envelope-sender)
The correct address appears in the Reply-to: header
Users report this with Outlook-2000 and Outlook-2003 (which builds I have not been able to determine)
I CANNOT duplicate this behavior on my own system Outlook-2003 (188.8.131.5236) SP2
Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Reply to behavior (9 and 11)
Mail user agents always should reply to the Reply-To address if it is available, in preference to the From address. Perhaps there is some add-in or other environmental factor confounding the normal behavior?
