    HTML Expand/Collapse

How do you make the expand/collapse feature in HTML, i.e. there is a plus sign in front of a word and when you press the plus sign, it shows what is "underneath."

Generally speaking, that requires some JavaScript. There are lots of examples on the web, but many are quite old. (Example: http://www.webreference.com/dhtml/column12/index.html or http://www.carrferrell.com/pubs/html/faq3.html)

Here's another example. The page contains a function named toggle that opens and shuts different sections when you click the + and - icons: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/...n/ms06-045.mspx. (I viewed the page in Firefox, but I suspect you would get the same script in Internet Explorer.)
