    Transferred Files

approximately three years ago I transferred files from one source computer win 2k to a host or new computer win 2k pro via an ethernet cable/port. The files consisted of word/excel /outlook, back in the day I loaded the word and excel files no problem, but not the outlook. Of course I now want to complete the outlook file integration. Where should I begin looking to find the outlook files I transferred? Sounds a little vague huh! <img src=/S/bummer.gif border=0 alt=bummer width=15 height=15>

    Re: Transferred Files

Your Outlook file(s) are likely to be a pst (and a .pab if you had a personal address book.)

The default location for these would be:
    <code>Cocuments and Settings<username>Local SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook</code>
but you may find it quicker to do a search for the .pst file - making sure hidden/system files are viewable (Tools > Folder Options > View in Windows Explorer).
