    Two Views (03)

I have a workbook containing Sheets 1 to 4. I have code associated with MSoft Excel Objects of Sheet2 that when deactived it will hide (very hidden) the sheet. What I would like to do is look at Sheet2 and Sheet1 each in a window. I tried adding a new window and viewing them but when I click on Sheet1, Sheet2 is hidden.

Is there a way I can view both sheets without changing the code of Sheet2?

    Thanks,
    John

I don't understand - you want Sheet2 to be very hidden if it is not active and to be visible at the same time. That is contradictory. You'll have to decide what you want.

add the other window, arrange both windows as desired, then you can unhide sheet 2. and you will be able to see them both.

You will be able to work with sheet 2 but if you deactivate it, ti will be very hidden and you will have to unhide it again.

You can unhide it if there are existing windows and it won't become "active" so it can be visible: Changing windows does not trigger the deactivate windows event.

Though once you activate and deactivate in a window, it will become hidden again (in both windows)

    Hans,

Let me clarify things a bit. I have a button on Sheet1 that unhides Sheet2 making it visible. If one were to click on Sheet2 review it and click on another sheet then Sheet2 upon deactivation is hidden.

I understand that, but it still seems a contradictory idea to me...

    Steve's suggestion works.
