Re: Filtre value from date and filter advanced... (2000 sr-1)

    I don't understand. your setup

Where are the text boxes for the dates? DO you wante to add them to the 4 tabs?

If the tabs have all the same forms why have 4 distinct tabs? Why not just 1 form with the 2 comboboxes and the 2 textboxes and then have a third combobox to select the sheet to extract the "resp" and "gest"?

I understand filtering between the 2 dates from the text boxes, but I do not understand what value of "sett" you want to get from the "lookup sheets". Is the row containing the "resp" selected or the row containing the "gest"? If it can be either one and the user selects, one not 1 combo box with an option button to select which one to choose and fill the combobox accordingly.

So it seems to be (if I understand what you are after)
ComboBox for Sheet to lookup from
Textboxes for start and end date
Option button for "resp" or Gest"
Combobox to fill with Resp" or "Gest" (from above)
Command button to "filterlist" in GAF sheet

Also If you want to filter on a range of dates, you will have to not put them in as "Text". They will need to be real dates. or you will have to have them as text in your worksheet like "yyyy/mm/dd" or yyyymmdd" (and enter the start/end dates in the same way) to be able to filter on the text values in a meaningful way.

Filtre value from date and filter advanced... (200

    My prob is:
Insert (and use for each tab) a textbox with a label INIT DATA and a textbox with a label FINISH DATE.
In the textbox1 i insert a date similar 01/01/2006 and in textbox2 31/03/2006. (This is the first range of filtre)
Now filtre the value with the value in column B of sheet GAF.
the second filtre is refere from a column G of sheet GAF.

    Example:

    textbox1= 01/11/2005 and in textbox2= 30/11/2005
set range in column B of sheet GAF with this date, in this case my range from date is B2:B172 in internal of this range filtre the line based the tab is selected:

Tab(1) with the range in column G of sheet RETAIL_POE
Tba(2) with the range in column G of sheet PUBB__AMM
    eccc...

    for example:

    textbox1= 01/11/2005 and in textbox2= 30/11/2005
and i have clicked on tab2
filtre the range of line with this date and filtre the range of line where in column H of GAF are prresent the same vlaue in column G of the sheet PUBB__AMM....

now after the 2 filtre are setting insert in column N of sgheet GAF the letter "E" only for line filtred.

I don't understand how this is related to the first question.

I don't understand what all the checkboxes are for (part of the problem is that I do not understand italian, and the form is not that intuitive of what the goals are).

If the checkboxes are supposed to select a different sheet for the lookups (instead of the tabs), option buttons would be a better choice or even my original suggestion of a combobox if the number of sheets will change often. A bombobox list can be updated easily at runtime, adding or deleting option buttons is more complicated.

Re: Filtre value from date and filter advanced...

Steve assuming now my question on this post is:

I have this code it insert "E" in column N of a sheet GAF only if the dates in column B of sheet GAF is into range DATAIN/DATAFIN.(use for test 01/11/2005 30/11/2005)

Now, i want to use the same code with other filter.
Insert "E" in column N if the range of dates is into range DATAIN/DATAFIN and if the value into column H is the same into comun B of sheet CORPORATE. So, insert in column

I am even more confused. This seems to have even less to do with your other questions.

I don't understand how Col H of GAF is related to column B of Corporate. Col H of GAF has a "text number" (Sett) while Corporates column B (NOMINATIVO). Even if they were the same, which value in corporate are you trying to filter on in GAF?

Your first question was about Form2, your second about Form1, this seems to be about only a small part of form1, but you haven't answered any of the things that I was confused about on Form1.

If those items about Form1 are unimportant to the question, could you post a sample file which is more related to your question.

To make certain what is needed can you post an Excel Worksheet with a line or two of what the final solution would be. Also apply a different color to the added information.
That could help in finding a solution.
