    Control the Data Form? (XP>)

    Hi all,
Is it possible to control the data form with VBA? I can show the form using Application.ShowDataForm, but I also want it to go to a new record, (ie. Clear the form for allowing a new record addition, without the user having to click new record!)
    Tx
    Regards,
    Rudi

AFAIK, the answer is no. Any code you are running that calls the ShowDataForm method, pauses as soon as the form is displayed so you can't do anything in code until the form has been closed again. Also, the ShowDataForm method doesn't take any arguments.
    Sorry
