    Tabs (2003)

    I finally made the switch over to Tabs instead of having the long data entry pages that you need to use scroll bars for. I find its working out much better as the mouse wheel isn't playing as much havoc with our data entry now (haven

    What do you actually click on to create a New Record?

    Originally there was just the standard buttom navigation buttons at the bottom of the form page...the standard arrows and the arrow with the star for the new record button.

    Now i have added a large button directly under the tabs that is just a New Record button created through the command button wizard.

    If you have a command button, then add an exta line of code:

    Me.tabctrl=0

    Either before or after the command to go to a new record.

    Replace tabctrl with the name of your tab control.

    The value of a tab control is the page that is displayed.
