repeating table headers (Word XP)

I have a long table (over 3 pages) and I want the top header row to appear automatically at the top of each new page even after constant editing without having to this manually. I do it easily all the time in excel via File and Page definitions but don't know how to do this in Word.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Put the cursor in the table, then go to menu Table and tick 'Repeat first row' (not sure about exact text, translated from Dutch).

It took me a few minutes to work this out.
Actually I had to highlight the first row and then tick "Repeat first row" and it worked.

Thanks a million !!!!!!!

For comparison, in the U.S. English version, you select the rows that constitute the "heading," then choose Table>Heading Rows Repeat.

again Jefferson.

That's the problem working with a localised version. Wouldn't it be nice to have the possibillity to switch temporarily to another language in real time.
