    Textbox Name (Access 2003)

Is there anyway to change a textbox name in an Access report and then have all control sources that refercence that name be updated without going through each one and manually updating it?

    Thanks,

    Kent

    You need "Find and Replace".

Thanks John! Wonder why Access doesn't have this in their software. Wish there was a free version of this as $37 seems a little steep for one function but guess supply and demand always wins. Maybe I can get all my find and replace done in 30 days. :-) Thanks again for your help.

It is worth every penny! You will be surprised how frequently you use it.

Mark is right, i was debating whether to buy it or not, no more though. It has paid for itself many times over, it is a brilliant tool.

SpeedFerret, which is an alternative to Find & Replace, is many times that price, so consider it a bargain.

I have used it for about 8 years, through 4 major versions, and would not be without it. Bet money I ever spent on accessory software.

I think everyone has convinced me on buying it. It has been a lifesaver over the last 2 days. Thanks for your input.
