MS Exchagne 2003 upgrade (Exchagne 5.5 to 2003)

I have several (11) forms in the Organization Forms Library and I have been told by "Management" that they want to move the forms to a "Public Folder" that will be created. These forms are in the Exchange 5.5 that is being upgraded to Exchange 2003. Part of the upgrade is to relocate the forms to folders so they can control who will see the forms within the company. Can anybody see any problems with this "suggestion"?

The forms are designed to read and write to a MS Access database, used by a User, to a Control Clerk, and finaly to a QC Clerk.

    Thanks

How do you save a form as an item in a Public Folder? I know how you can save a form as a form in a public folder (so it shows up on the Actions menu for that folder). Maybe I don't understand what you're asking.

Not sure I understand your question. I am publishing the forms in: Public FodlersIT Forms (folder) as forms.

There will be no forms in the Organizations Forms Library, they are being moved into the Public Folders.
