    Mobile Phone Numbers (2003)

In New Zealand some mobile phone numbers have only six digits following the area area code. eg 021 123 456. 2003 seems to need at least 7 digits in the
local number field as when the check phone number box is closed the international and area code numbers drop into the local number field, thus looking like +64 6421123456. In short making a mess of the number. Can the default settings in the local number filed be changed to accept six digit numbers.

What happens if you add an 'x' at the end?

same problem. In looking around a number of forums it looks like this cannot be changed. I have asked Microsoft who seem to be working on an answer, so will post when I hear something
