    HTML code to allow link to open in new window?

    Probably a simple explanation, but I cant seem to find the answer.

    I want to provide a link that opens the new page in a new window. How do I do that?

    http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp

    Check out the section on Targets.

    < a href="http://www.wopr.com" target="_blank" >Your Text< /a >
    (spaces added to make the link NOT live in the lounge)

    Thanks Mark,

    ...quoting:<pre>The Target Attribute
    With the target attribute, you can define where the linked document will be opened.

    The line below will open the document in a new browser window:

    < a href="http://www.w3schools.com/" target="_blank" >Visit W3Schools!< /a >
    </pre>

    (again, spaces added to prevent showing an actual link)
