Automatically copying a document's properties (Word 2000)

I'm looking for a way - a macro? a template? that will allow me to automatically copy all the filled-in document properties (Summary & Custom in particular) from one Word document to another.

    Any ideas?

    regards

    Simon

First, if your document is a template and you create a new document based upon the template, the document properties will be copied.

Second, you can do this via VBA. See How can I get access to the Document Properties of a Word file without opening the document?.
