    footers in email (2000)

I have a template for order information which I normally fax but am increasingly using to email. The problem is that the document footer is sent as an attachment. Is there a way to get outlook to include the footer in the message?

When you send a document as the body of an e-mail, it is sent as HTML; this does not have the concept of a page header or footer. If you want to send the document as a whole, you'll either have to create a document without a page header and footer, or send it as an attachment.

Thank you. I thought that might be the case but was hoping for a work around. Oh well we'll just have to create two templates.
