    Print function (Word 2003)

Hi, I'm using a third party piece of software that uses attachments that will be opened in word for printing. When I have several attachments I have to click okay (to print to my default printer) for each one. Is there a way to turn this function off and have word act as if I've pressed the printer icon button, which doesn't need me to click okay before it sends to the default printer?

    How are you printing them?

Nothing special, normal printer default setting. No double sided or two to a page, etc...

Thanks, but what I should have asked is: what action do you perform to print the documents, i.e.
    1) From which application do you start the printing?
    2) Do you select a menu option, or do you click a toolbar button, or do you right-click something, or do you press a keyboard shortcut? And which?

I start the printing process from the third party software by pressing an icon. The software automaticly opens word and I have to click okay for each attachment

This apppears to be controlled by the third party application, so if there is something you can do about it, the company that provided the application should be able to tell you.

I don't know if there is something you can set outside the application to control this. If you attach a screenhot of the prompt dialog (max. 640 x 480 pixels, max 100 KB, .gif or .png format usually works best), it might give us a clue.

I'll try to get that for you, but it will have to be tomorrow.
