    Identify sheets with links (97/2000)

Are there any tools/utilities out there to identify spreadsheets which have links? I'm looking for something that will help with moving massive amounts of spreadsheets from Novell servers to NT servers. The directory structure may not be retained so I'm looking for something that will help with the problem of linked sheets not working after they have been moved.

Unfortunately this only works by opening the spreadsheet. I'd rather have something that could do numerous sheets without opening each one.

I guess I should have mentioned that in my first post.... Doooohhhh!

Sorry, I do not know how you can accomplish this without opening the workbooks.

If I was doing it, I would write some VBA code that would let me select a file. The code would then open the file, use Bill's code to search for the links (I haven't looked at what Bill did so I don't know exactly how this would work), and then my code would change them for the new path.

    Check this post.

There's a Microsoft utility there which (I think) checks files without having them open. Form memory, I had to close all files before checking.

There is an Excel addin by Bill Manville at This Location that will find all of the links in a workbook.
