you can publish the calendar to a web page - select the calendar, then file > save as.

OK - all the fancy outlook programmers out there ... as I have zip idea on how to program VBA - can someone write a macro for Outlook 2002 that either periodically, or on exit or something selects my calendar and saves it as a webpage (overwriting the existing file).

ie: a macro that automatically updates a web-published version of my calendar.

ummm, where on slipstick.com - that's a big site, and I've been wandering around it for a while now looking for this (Outlook 2000 has something, but not 2002 from what I can find).

a search for "calendar script" brought up several hits, the 4th was <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.slipstick.com/dev/code/webcalpub.htm>"To publish a Microsoft Outlook 2000 calendar as a web page automatically"</A>

Found that one before, to quote that page:
"This code works only with Outlook 2000 because Webpub.dll is not included as a component in Outlook 2002".

    Re: outlook 2000 calendar (2000)

Sorry, I reused an old message forum that looked related. I'm using Office XP (Outlook 2002). I used to use Netfolders to allow my staff to see my calendar, but they are read-only accesses, so I now use a published webpage ... but I keep forgetting to update it. Hence my desire to have outlook 2002 automatically republish my calendar to the website every time I exit Outlook (daily normally). It strikes me as a simple alternative to netfolders, but I have no VBA knowledge to do it myself.
