    Text extraction/accessibility issues

    Hello World,
I am designing a web-site for the place where i workj as a favour and we need to meet the 'accessibility requirements' of todays age, which means that if a blind user wishes to obtain content from my site, they should be able to without many problems by using a narrator program, the problem i have is that i am using Flash to host the content, some programs have difficulties reading from flash, so, i have linked the content in using .txt files, but then i am still stuck with the operators, so if they wanted to read the text files, their program would also read the operators, is there a way of masking these? operator e.g. &Courses=
