    Can't view reports (2003 SP2)

Client got a new PC with new XP Pro SP2 image with Office 2003 SP2 but when attempting to view Access reports the reports are listed but when selected nothing happens. None of the reports display, no error message.

I am searching for anything related to the reports tab and this type of behavior prior to connecting to this remote location and running a repair on Office iftself.

    Thanks.

Make sure a default printer has been set up in the Printers and Fax Devices control panel. Without a printer, Access cannot display reports.

    Thanks.

When they got the PC yesterday, that was the second thing after confirming their email worked.
I am about to remote in and see what happens under my profile.

Under my login profile, the reports tab and reports display as I would expect, just like a print preview. I am going to have client log back in and then reapply policies to see if something did not go right during first log in.

If needed, I'll rename the login ID profile to force a new profile and see if the new one behaves, etc....

Applying policies made no difference. Forcing a new profile made no difference. About to run a repair on Office after renaming msaccess.exe but I am puzzled by the report behavior being normal for me. I am a local admin here so I may poke around the file system rights to see if machine users don't have access to an app folder. Unusual but possible.

Repairing office did nothing so I am trying "little" things like uninstalling and reinstalling the printer, (did not work), will do a complete uninstall of Office, clean folders, registry then reboot, reinstall, etc.
