Access Form to Word or .PDF (Access 2003 Pro)

I have a form called "coaching" that I would like to export to either Word or to a PDF, keeping the formatting and the background if possible. I work with several people who are scared of Access and would like the data to look "pretty" when exported to word.

Once the form is exported, I do not need the ability to edit the fields.

    Thank you,
    Connie

The export to RTF (Word compatible) is very weak - all graphics are lost.

Reports (which are more suitable for printing and export than forms) can be exported to snapshot format. This preserves all formatting. To view and print a snapshot file, the user needs to have the snapshot viewer installed; this is available for free from Download details: Snapshot Viewer for Access 2003, 2002, 2000, and 97.

PDF format also preserves formatting, and has the advantage that most people already have Adobe/Acrobat Reader installed. To create a PDF file, you need special software, either the 'official' (and expensive) software from Adobe, or one of the cheap/free alternatives such as pdf 995: create PDF documents easily for free.

I have Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional.

I just don't see a way to bring over a single form at a time.. or even all the forms at once?

If you have Adobe Acrobat, you can print to the Adobe Acrobat printer.
Normally, this will "print" all records, but if you apply a filter first, it will only "print" the filtered record(s).

If you have the Adobe toolbar installed (which may cause weird problems, by the way), you can also use that to create a PDF file.
