    Crosstab query - Fiscal Year (2003)

    I have been searching to find a way to change the default months in a crosstab query to begin at July for the fiscal year.
    I have what I need from the query - except the months begin at January.
    Is there a way to do this in Access? I am not very good at programming VB.

    My query is
    -counting requests to be transferred to our hospital from outlying areas
    -the region of Ohio that they came from
    -the month by fiscal year July 1 - June 30.

    I would really appreciate any help.

    You can specify the order in which columns are displayed in a crosstab query:
    - Click in an empty part of the query grid.
    - Activate the Properties window.
    - Fill in the Column Headings property.
    - For example, if your column headings are month numbers, you could enter

    7,8,9,10,11,12,1,2,3,4,5,6

    It is also possible to use a calculated field for the date, but we'd have to know a bit more about your query for that.
