Password Protect (Word XP)

Hi there,
When we moved to Word XP 4 years ago, I was told it would be a great idea to password protect the Normal template. Unfortunately, it interferes with printing multiple files - you have to enter the password every time!

The problem is that I forget where it was set... and how to remove it! Does anyone know how to remove the password from Normal.dot?

How does Microsoft Word password recovery work? provides information about the various passwords that can be set. It provides links to some tools that can open a password-protected document. One of them, Elcomsoft, has been mentioned in the Lounge several times. Googling for word document lost password or something similar will turn up more options.
