For Windows XP with Service Pack 2, all 32-bit versions; Windows XP Professional x64 Edition and Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 or higher (all versions).

Guess they will start pushing it through AU in a couple of weeks, maybe after the November Tuesday (14 November), maybe earlier. Read somewhere a recommendation that corporations etc. that uses the MS blocker tool to block automatic download of IE7, should have the block in place to November 1.
