    Adding 'full' Mailbox (2003)

I can add someone's Mailbox to my folder list, but am having to indiviually add permissions for each sub-folder before it appears in their Mailbox folder.

Is there a way to set permissions for all folders in their Mailbox? Thanks, Andy.

For existing Folders, you have to set the Permissions one by one, there isn't any broadcast or inheritance capability. I don't think there is Permission inheritance even for Folders that are created after Permissions are set, unlike Views, but you could test this for yourself.

BTW, so long as permissions are set to the child Exchange Folders, it should be possible for a Delegate to see any of them. I struggled for years with getting this to work, until <!profile=webgenii>webgenii<!/profile> explained it to me in <post#=591,864>post 591,864</post#>.

Post back if this doesn't help.

Thank you.It seems that new folders created automatically appear within the other user's Mailbox, but existing ones have to be shared individually. Andy.
