    Backing up email accounts (2003)

I have 16 different pop accounts that I am trying to backup or export from Outlook 2003. Is there an easy way to do this rather than manually?

Thanks in advance for any help.

As long as you are using .pst files, have a look at Download details: Outlook 2003 Add-in: Personal Folders Backup.

If you specifically mean the message server accounts, they are stored in the Registry, so there's no easy way; see <post:=439,891>post 439,891</post:> and <post:=490,122>post 490,122</post:>.

Thanks for the replies. I got it to work using the "Save My Settings" app.

I'm running 2002 but followed your link out of interest. It may be worth pointing out that this add-in works for Outlook 2000 and 2002 as well!
