Back up key data for Windows reinstall

Is there a reliable utility available that will help me to back up key data, such as email, favorites, user login information, etc? I have to reinstall Windows (XP Pro, SP2) and it's always a drawn-out process making sure I copy all the email, favorite and other information for all 4 users on my home PC. It would be nice if there was a utility that would not only let me do that for all 4 users at once - but also help to remind me of any other data I should be saving that I may have forgotten about (always a worry with me).

I'd echo Doc's words, and add that you should check the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard options carefully - my FASTW files are 31.5 MB for one machine and 1.00 GB for the supposedly smaller one - I haven't investigated this yet...!

Of course you'll also need all the software installation CDs and their licence keys, passwords and so on.
