PDF Freeware Utilities

A variety of ware PDF utilities are available from CoolPDF Software, Inc. :
Tweak PDF, PDF Watermark Creator, PDF Thumbnail Generator, PDF Bundle

PDF2EXE - Free PDF to EXE Converter, Convert PDF to EXE, PDF to EXE Compiler

Cool PDF Reader - View PDF, PDF Viewer

Tried a few of these with no problems. The reader might be well suited as a "portable" application.

    Re: PDF Freeware Utilities

Sorry if this is dopey question, but why would you convert a PDF file to a EXE file? What is the advantage of having a EXE file instead of PDF?

    Thank you,

It states at the top of the page

PDF2EXE is a FREEWARE program to quickly convert PDF to EXE, making PDF readable on any computer without Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat software installed. The conversion from PDF to EXE preserves the look and feel of the original document.

Not a bad little app (1.56Mb) to have of a memory key when away from home or office...I don't have Adobe Reader on my laptop as I use an open source utility which does a great job printing my documents, I can have this to read them now

Kind of destroys the notion of cross-platform pdf usability, though.

I think most users would likely find a lightweight app like the Foxit Reader (2.8Mb) more versatile, since it allows any pdf to be read on a PC, not just those converted the an .exe file.
