    Single Record Calculation (A2K)

Logic dictates that this is not possible, but, what the heck, why not try.

In a Purchase Order System a single record is created and data entered with the following information:

    PartNo: 123
    Qty Ordered: 1000
    Qty Received 300
    Qty on BackOrder = ([QtyOrdered]
    Cheers,

You could put an extra unbound text box txtReceived on the form, and a command button next to it that adds the quantity entered in this box to Qty Received. Qty on BackOrder should then be recalculated.
