    Continous Compile (2003)

Has anyone experienced the problem of Access doing a constant compile.

As I'm coding an event any spaces are immediately removed and my cursor is backspaced.
I have to type the entire line of code in a long string and then go back and insert the spaces
unless they are before or after an = sign.

Strings turn red immediately as I'm typing until I add and ending quote.

The property windows that open flash quickly so I can't even use them?

Is this an option that I accidently turned on somehow?

Do you have a form open in the database with an On Timer event procedure or macro?
