    Email from the Lounge

    Hello.
    I haven't received lounge emails for the last couple of weeks.
    I checked my subscriptions and a couple of times they had been altered (not by me).
    Yesterday I checked the subscriptions again and they had all been erased (not by me).
    Today I checked and the subscriptions I had entered yesterday were there but I received no emails from the lounge.
    Please advise .

    I can't explain why your subscriptions would have changed.

    About not receiving e-mails: sometimes, an ISP will decide that e-mails from the Lounge are spam, and blacklist its mail server. It's night in Australia at the moment, but when Claude comes online, he'll have a look at the mail logs to see if mails to you bounce. You can also ask your ISP yourself about this.

    Hi Jack, your ISP is bouncing the emails. When they bounce repeatedly, the system cancels your email notifications.
