Product activation (Office 2003 pro)

Anyone have a clue as to why this would suddenly demand product activation after several happy years? It reckoned I'd made recent hardware changes, and indeed I'd changed the hard disk but that was months ago. The plot thickened when it wouldn't let me reactivate on line as it couldn't find an Intenet connection, although I was connected. Even stranger, thenext time I went to use Word, the activation thing didn't appear. Weird or what?

That certainly sounds strange. It looks like there was a temporary glitch in reading the activation/registration details from disk. Let's hope it doen't reoccur.

Well, the Registration/Activation Wizard was programmed by the same folks that brought you Windows Internet Security!
