Email Remittance Advices (2003 allSPs)

I have a report which gets ODBC data from an Accounting package. In this case, this includes details of payments made to Suppliers. I want to be able to email the particulars of payments made to the Suppliers individual email addresses. I have the report working fine but dont know how to get it to produce the individual emails

What i do in that case is open the report (using a where clause to limit it to the specific Supplier) , then use Docmd.SendObject to send the report as a snapshot. The report that is open is used so it only shows the supplier that is open.

If i want to send them in batch I have a loop to work through the suppliers one at a time. Open the report, send it, close it, Open next one etc.

If you want to send it as a pdf, you need to use Outlook automation rather than SendObject.
