    Links open in 'shrunk' window...

In some (but not all) cases, when I open a link in a new window, it will only open in the top 1/2 of my screen; I then have to go and manually maximize. Is there any control that would automatically open all new windows in the "maximized" mode?
    Thanks in advance.

Is this a URL link and the browser window opens in reduced size, or shortcuts to programs or documents that opens the application in a reduced size window?

This is a long-standing annoyance: Internet Explorer tends to open links in non-maximized windows. You could try the free utility AutoSizer to remedy this.
