The first error message has to do with Outlook itself. If you search for Mapi32.dll using Start | Search..., do you find an instance of this file in C:WindowsSystem32?

The second error message has to do with an add-in associated with AVG Free anti-virus. Do you use AVG?

Try the following:
Close Outlook.
Select Start | Run...
Type
regsvr32 C:WindowsSystem32Mapi32.dll

Press Enter or click OK.
Select Start | Run...
Type
regsvr32 C:PROGRA~1GrisoftAVGFRE~1avgxch32.dll

Press Enter or click OK.
Start Outlook.
If you still get error messages, something is seriously wrong with your installation of Outlook and/or AVG.
