Flash Player not showing (IE 6)

    I have Flash (v8 (?)) installed...

But when I go to my homepage (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/) I get a message to install the player... and a lot of content down the right column doesn't show.

I install the player, re-boot... nothing changes.

    But in Firefox, all's OK.

How might I correct this issue?

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

Right column looks different every time I reload that page, but never has any flash movies. Perhaps you have customized your layout in a way that doesn't match the "general public" version that I'm seeing.

    Jefferson:

No, the only thing I did was put in my zip code and three stocks, which then populates that part of the page... And it still looks OK in Firefox... strange, very...
