    Conditional Formatting in a Report Based on a Date

    Hello - I'm trying to modify my report to conditionally format an entire entry in RED if it is less than one week old - (a new item in the report). Could you please tell me what expression to use? Thank you very much!

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

    I assume there is a date/time field in the table the report is based on. Let's say it's named DateField.

    Would you like all controls to use a red font? If so, do the following:
    - Open the report in design view.
    - Select all controls that support conditional formatting (text boxes and combo boxes).
    - Select Format | Conditional Formatting...
    - Select Expression Is from the first dropdown in the Condition 1 section.
    - In the box next to it, enter the expression

    [DateField]>Date()-7

    - Select red as font color.
    - Click OK.
