    Drop down box (2003)

I have a spread-sheet with a drop down box near the top of the page. On my office computer- but not at home - only the last two items show, the others being off the page at the top. Is there any way to fix it to make the drop-down drop DOWN?

    Hi Andrew...can I just check.

    1) Are the drop down boxes actually in a cell in the spredsheet or actually part of the menu?
    2) Can you see the title bar at the top of the worksheet?

    1. The box is in a cell.
    2. I can't see the Title bar - there is a macro built into the workbook which automatically goes into Full Screen when you open it.

Ahaha Got you...I thought it may be the case as it sounds like you have different resolution screens.

    1) Open workbook
    2) Activate said workbook by clicking somewhere
    3) Click Alt + Spacebar
    3) Press M on your keyboard
    4) Use your arrow keys ...more like the down key

The Excel workbook will move with the movement of the arrows.. When you can see the title bar, press Enter and then maximise the worksheet in the normal way

    Enjoy

Many thanks - I will try this when I get back to the office on Tuesday.
