    Errors Closing Dialogs (WinXP SP-2)

Edited by HansV to replace zip atachment with picture.

Quite often, when I got to exit a dialog, I get an error...

I get the "CloseErr" when I first try to close the dialog, and the second when I clear the first error...

I've tried repairing Windows, and that seems to fix it temporarily...

Is this something I've got set up wrongly or some such???

Oh... and I found nada on Google, y'all...

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

    Try this:

Open My Computer (or Windows Explorer), from Tools menu select Folder Options, then click View tab and uncheck "Launch folder windows in a separate process".

I did it... thanks... I'll know before long if that helped...

I thought running explorer in a separate process was supposed to stabilize it??

    Oh well...

    Thanks,
    Chuck
