    Mail Merge with Company Contact's (Word 2003)

    When I do a mail merge with Outlook, I get my personal address book but I don't get my company address book. Is there a way to change this?

    Try initiating the mail merge from Outlook.

    Outlook also has a Tools | Mail Merge menu item. Display the desired contacts before selecting this item.

    Mail Merge... appears if you are viewing a Contacts folder (either in your own mailbox or as a Public Folder). I'm not sure Mail Merge... will be able to access the Exchange Global Address List, if that's what you're after.

    Actually our firm contacts are not stored here, you have to go into the Address Book.

    You might need to copy from the global list to a local folder. Microsoft has posted the step-by-step to do this here: How to export GAL entries to an Outlook contacts folder. I haven't tried it myself.
