    Open or Save window shortcut

I found myself frequently saving pdf files to a directory which takes a few steps to get to when I "Save As". Is there a way to add my directory to the shortcut bar that appears on the left of the window when you click on "Save As" or "Open"?

See Add places to the Windows 2000/XP/ME Places Bar for information on changing the places bar.
