    Country information (Outlook 2003, SP2)

    I added my Outlook Address Book icon to my Word toolbar. It is very handy and useful to me.

    Has a solution been found to stop adding United States of America to every address in Word? I recently was advised that the country was only added if different from the selection of country made in Control Panel | Regional Settings. This is not true in my case.

    Hans,
    I thought I had the formula to add the Zip Code, but I don't! Please look at this and tell me my error.
    {<PR_GIVEN_NAME>} {<PR_SURNAME>}
    {<PR_STREET_ADDRESS>}
    {<PR_LOCALITY>}, {<PR_STATE_OR_PROVINCE>} {<PR_ZIP>}

    Thanks. Sorry to be a pain in the neck.

    Hans,
    I got it! Took me several tries, but I finally succeeded. Thanks again.
